Drug Chemistry Research Centre (DCRC labs) in association with Chitkara School of Pharmacy, Chitkara University Himachal Pradesh under the aegis of MHRD, Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) has conducted an expert session on the topic- ’Molecular Modelling Innovations in Drug Discovery on August 18, 2023, at 10:00 am.
The speaker for the session was Dr. Harshita Tiwari, Computational Research Scientist, DCRC Labs, Indore, MP. The session elaborated on new techniques implemented in drug design and discovery. The expert also explained the novel therapeutic agents currently investigated based on molecular modelling.
The programme was coordinated by Dr. Anjana Sharma (Associate Professor) and Dr. Divya Dheer (Associate Professor)
